First you need to get a case with a power supply (400w or better) that can handle the
processor...then you can move the HP stuff you want to keep into that. As far as the m/b goes, any
that will handle the proposed chip and will fit in the aforementioned case.

I have a pavilion 6540C with a 466Mh Celeron processor, and would like
to upgrade it to an AMD Athalon 2800+ Barton. Can anyone reccomend a
motherboard??
