Several postings have mentioned that free HPUX licenses for
an unlimited number of users were available.
Alas, the respective webpage http://www.software.hp.com/cgi-bin

is malfunctioning. On submit, the form does not initiate any action.
How can I obtain an 'UnlimUserLic' for HPUX 10.20 workstation?

I think you will find that it was available up until 10.20 was discontinued
a short time ago june 2003 I think if I remember correctly.
