Problems with Lightscribe

I just purchased a new machine with a Lightscribe enabled DVD writer.
However, whenever I go to create a Lightscribe label, I get a message
saying no Lightscribe enabled drives exist. Little help?

Are you using the verbatim or HP disks designed to be labelled
and have you put them in upside down as required?

Hi Aussiblu, thanks for your reply.

Unfortunately your link isn't relevant because I have a Philips
burner, not an HP burner, and I did say that I'd updated to the latest
firmware version (1.9) for Philips. Do you have a burner, and have you
had similar issues?
